The central location suited my travel plans wonderfully. I found a fantastic coffee shop across the street, i enjoyed it. The air conditioning in my room worked effectively. It helped me relax after a long day of exploring.

The mattress firmness could be improved. I found it slightly uncomfortable. It affected my sleep quality somewhat.

the location was excellent i could walk to many places. staff were friendly and helpful with directions. my room was clean it had everything i needed like towels and a small fridge.

the stairs WERE steep and there isn't a lift.

i noticed the stairs were a bit steep and narrow. a lift would definitely improve accessibility.

The check-in service was not good, you had to arrive before 10 pm! the communication about this was rude. People should have more flexibility. it was also noisy. i guess that is what you get for the price, though.
